Wono is seeking a junior quality analyst to join our team and support senior quality analysts. The junior analysts will support our analysts on projects, timelines, deadlines, support tasks, and quality evaluations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support the creativity, design, and implementation of testing plans for products
2. Help identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
3. Learn about quantitative and qualitative findings from test results from the development team and lead this process
4. Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
5. Obtain product requirements and meet end-user expectations
6. Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
7. Support team by researching the current market for similar products and compare results

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,10,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
