Proficiency in the use of SEO tools like Ahrefs
Has some content writing/editing knowledge (it will be a bonus and the probation period will be heavily influenced by this)
Has a thirst to learn and grow fast
Proficient in using technology and is an easy communicator
Should be enthusiastic about learning new techniques and developing better practice every day
Can listen to the client's needs and work based on that (we do not practice hacky-growth strategies, our clients are cherry-picked, and expects the highest quality from us)
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
1. I will personally monitor and mentor the candidate, learning with them side-by-side towards a sustainable organic SEO and content practice. There will be perks when it comes to learning materials and resources. The candidate can spend quality time getting better at the job while being trained.
2. It is encouraged for the candidate to pursue other suitable complementary roles/responsibilities. Growth in such avenues will be supported and motivated. If the candidate is successful in learning the work ethics and skills required for the job, a permanent job is certain, a pay of 4-5lakhs/annum (minimum) and the figure can rise considerably based on the effectiveness of the candidate.
