About the job
Wono is looking to hire a marketing assistant to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brand. The candidate will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth and creating marketing materials such as white papers and case studies. You will be giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy
2. Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
3. Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
4. Working closely with the sales and marketing department
5. Creating marketing materials, such as white papers, case studies, and presentations
6. Giving presentations
7. Maintaining a marketing database
8. Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team
9. Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents
10. Updating social media accounts

Who can apply

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

2. Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience

3. Effective written and verbal communication skills

4. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

5. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

6. Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

7. Good organization skills


Annual CTC: 5.1 - 5.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
