About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Teach coding to the kids from age group 6 to 14 (1:1 platform)
2. Generate creative outcomes like games, animations, apps, and websites using coding expertise in logic, sequence, and structure
3. Teach coding to international students (SE Asia, Middle East, US, and the UK)
4. Participate in curriculum development, assessments, and certifications programs for students
5. Conduct timely PTMs and ensure NPS of 9+
6. Help students in app publishing and creating projects

C++ Programming HTML Java

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Java

Learn Voice App Development

Learn HTML

Learn C++ Programming

Other requirements

Only candidates knowing programming languages and having excellent English communication

Passion for teaching

Confident & presentable with good oratory skills and software and programming subject matter expertise would be preferred

Excellent problem-solving skills

Have a high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) & modern laptop/PC with microphone and camera

Prior coding experience

Eligibility - B. Tech, M. Tech, BCA, MCA, BE, ME (2020, 2019, and 2018 passed out and 2021 freshers) CSE, ISE, ECE, EEE, or IT branches (preferred)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 7,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
