Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 15%
1. This position is a job duty between assistant manager and inventory assistant. It is up to the discretion of the team and the requirements whether employee splits shifts between inventory assistant and assistant store manager on certain days.
2. Work Days: Monday to Friday, with the necessity to sync up calls and meetings with the team. The hours will be between 8-10 per day, depending upon the need of the position.
