You will be responsible for maintaining and following deadlines, coordinating with team members, and providing customer support.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create project plans with team members
2. Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed
3. Prepare progress reports for management
4. Oversee the implementation of project improvements
5. Identify resources needed for the project
6. Provide customer support to our US-based clients over the phone and email
Must be highly organized
Can deliver in a fast pace environment
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (essential)
At least 2 years of work experience in project management/client interaction/order processing is preferred
