About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working with PHP and MySQL to design, develop and debug web applications
2. Integrating back-end services with PHP/JavaScript based front end needs
3. Working with WordPress transactional websites
4. Managing, optimizing, and customizing multiple web applications, including e-commerce ones
5. Creating and maintaining technical documentation and being involved in client interaction

Other requirements

Strong knowledge of core PHP & PHP-based web frameworks

Past experience in PHP web programming

Knowledge of front-end technologies, including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5

Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming

Experience with WordPress is a plus

Good communication skills and ability to work independently

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
