The candidate will be responsible for managing shift operations of the 24x7 platform, coordinating with the subject matter experts and freelancers to provide an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain first response time to customers/students in the shift
2. Coordinate with SMEs and freelancers in the shift
3. Achieve and maintain KPIs during the shift
Note: The work will involve rotational shifts (24x7).
B.Tech and MBA candidates would be preferred
At least 1 year of operations, operational excellence, and stakeholder management experience
The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and reliably get things done on-time
Must be able to deal with ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect or inadequate information
Must have excellent analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Other incentives: 20%
