This is a mid-managerial position and team leadership role with the aim of achieving student targets for all courses, classes, and workshops run by the institute.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support & monitor the sales executives to achieve their individual sales targets in order to meet the group targets
2. Achieve sales targets per course/workshop
3. Generate & allocate leads
4. Work on database management
5. Maintain all reports and interpret data
6. Train & motivate team members
7. Co-ordinate with other institute departments
8. Ensure all operational procedures are followed
9. Support sales & marketing strategy
The candidates should have experience in a target-oriented job (team target & self targets)
Should have experience of team training, ensuring the target is met
Ability to perform in high-pressure situations
Good troubleshooting abilities

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 5%
3. Other incentives: 5%
