A. Lead generation, education sales, and customer relationship management:
1. Generate new business leads, identify and contact decision-makers in the K-12 education sector, follow up business opportunities, set up meetings with existing and prospective customers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
2. Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers & follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls
3. Actively source new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing and advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and our offerings
4. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services
5. Understand customer needs, recommend suitable programs, and negotiate the terms of an agreement, and close sales
6. Develop effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
B. Market research, strategy, and quality:
1. Coordinate sales effort with management, accounting, logistics, and product teams
2. Stay updated on K-12 education industry trends, market activities, and competitors
3. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
4. Make recommendations for improvements in the work process
5. Collect, evaluate and respond (as appropriate) to client feedback
6. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with managers and team to discuss strategy
C. Digital marketing:
1. Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
2. Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
3. Collect customer data, analyze interactions and visits, use this information to create comprehensive reports, and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹30,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
