You will provide support to the team and the stakeholders by identifying the requirements for developing robust high school web design courses as part of the electives course curriculum.
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan the course format and structure
2. Gather standard bodies, learning goals, and required course materials and resources
3. Gather prerequisites that students may require for the target course
4. Gain desired student experience for the course and overall pedagogy
5. Plan course units, topics, and lessons
6. Manage original lesson content and media elements
7. Work on assessment (traditional and performance-based tasks) and projects
8. Create reports/presentations with the lead ID, including but not limited to the above information
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in design (specialization or certification in UI/UX design would be preferred)
Strong design thinking skills - usability design
UI/UX design/interface design teaching or tutoring experience is required (U.S. High school experience is preferred)
Fluency in English
Experience in curriculum design, scope and sequence development, curriculum writing, assessment writing, academic standards alignment & accessibility compliance
Strong Word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software skills
Preferred experience: Present/Past course building (design and development of content) for an online provider in web design, UI/UX interface design, or related domains
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 /year

You will be working with the lead instructional designer, curriculum director, and/or project managers to conduct research and provide support related to, but not limited to, identifying, recommending, and authoring.
