About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Devise social media strategy for Rang De across channels
2. Create relevant content based on socio-cultural trends and leverage new formats
3. Monitor data and improve social media optics, engagement, and growth
4. Liaise with product, design, and marketing teams to develop and execute well-performing campaigns
5. Take proactive ownership of Rang De's social media (strategy, calendar, posting, ORM) and perform in a dynamic work environment

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 25,000 - 60,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 7 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
