About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on teaching - teach programming to 8-15-year-old US kids in Scratch, App Lab, and Python
2. Work on building - work with a team to brainstorm, design, and develop games for the curriculum
3. Work on documenting - document the build process in Notion
4. Assist in developing a frontend for the website (optional)

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 4 - 7.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%

1. Who are we? What do we do? Codeablock is an online learning platform for kids from ages 8 through 15 where they learn computational thinking and logic development by creating games in Scratch, App Lab, and Python.

3. We are a US-based startup. The teaching hours are on weekends post 7 PM and weekdays post 1 AM. There's a lot of flexibility with the timings, but apply only if comfortable working in a different timezone.
