About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
2. Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
3. Prospecting for new business
4. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
5. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
6. Following up on interview process status and updating records in the internal database

Who can apply

1. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

2. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search

3. Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems

4. Have experience with technical requirements, preferably for product companies

5. Experience: 6 months-2 years’ in IT recruitment

6. Have relevant skills and interests


Annual CTC: 3.5 - 5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%

5 days a week
