About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on teaching Spanish for the international baccalaureate diploma program (IBDP), grades 11 & 12
2. Take online tuitions on Zoom daily
3. Provide students with assignments and tests on a regular basis

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Creative Writing

Other requirements

Good communication skills

Proficiency in speaking English

Well-versed with the IBDP school curriculum

Experience - 1 year (minimum)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%

Additional information

The job comes with a bond period of 1 year (minimum).
Working hours - 4 to 5 hours per day (between 4 pm to 10 pm)
