Experience of 1-2 years in graphics/UX/UI design
MSc/MCA/BSc in digital/graphic design but if you have an impressive portfolio, it doesn’t really matter what studies you have done
You know how to work with design & prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Zeplin, Figma, Framer, InVision, etc.
Understanding of HTML and CSS
Experience leading UX projects from conception to implementation
Good hands-on design software like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
Have worked in e-commerce and advertising projects
Have an understanding of global markets
Knowledge of wireframing tools, such as Adobe XD, Azure, Fluid, etc. (LESS is a plus)
Has done user acceptance tests in the past
Active team player who will establish healthy working relationships and lead others by example
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
