About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Build a strong sales pipeline: data-driven approach, targets, execution plans (primarily focus on approaching clients, fixing terms, and closing deals)
2. Manage customer touch-points, negotiations, close the sales deal & handle the customer operations
3. Undertake market surveys to support the sales team and develop marketing strategies, marketing material and work on the execution
4. Handle email marketing & keep customer communications up to date
5. Coordinate the sales teams' efforts with internal teams: production, dispatch, quality, customer feedback

Probation details (if any): The job comes with a probation period of 4 months for which the salary would be 14000/month.

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
