Sales And Marketing Head Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on strategizing our branding
2. Manage a team of 3 to 4 members & bring the best output
3. Identify other partners who will promote us in branding, for example, a bank who will use our product or a TV film person/sportsperson who will endorse our product
4. Work on advertising (such as radio & newspaper - national and state, YouTube and other social platforms)
5. Work on brand marketing with content writing in blogs and articles to be published on online platforms
6. Work on managing digital marketing sales and marketing funnels (on Facebook, Instagram, and influencer marketing)
7. Set up distribution channels and authorized dealers for our product
8. Promote and pitch our products with supermarkets, pharmacy stores, B2B sales (both government & private sector), and also with hospitals
9. Work under the pressure of sales targets (incentives will be provided by the company on sales targets)
