About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Pitching on the phone call to school leaders in few sentences and setting up appointments on behalf of the sales team
2. Pitching on the phone to interested parents and making sure they download the Open Door's mobile app
3. Researching schools and contact information of key decision-makers
4. Helping organize conferences and workshops for school leaders
5. Helping in documentation, such as compiling terms & conditions documents and coordinating with our internal operations and accounts team

Salary

Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%

Open Door offers two programs to schools (B2B) - Thinking Classroom and Mastery Assessments. Open Door is preparing itself for the launch of two new products - Unbox and Thinksheets in the B2C domain. The sales associate will assist Open Door's sales team in generating high revenue for the company. The sales associate will improve the efficiency of the sales team by setting appointments on their behalf, tele-calling & researching contact information.
