Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying new sales opportunities & potential markets and pitching products to them
2. Maintaining continuous relationships with existing customers through follow-up and responding to their queries
3. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company s products
4. Building relationships and rapport for credibility
5. Developing quotes and proposals
6. Participating in trade fairs and business meets

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 240000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60000 /year

Additional information

After the probation period, there will be a commission for each sale (in addition to the fixed 2.4 LPA). Also, there will be targets set, on achieving of which there would be additional bonus payouts as well.
