About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Onboarding customers through various communication channels, such as cold calling, social media platforms, landing page on the company website, etc.
2. Pitching suitable projects/properties to clients, accompanying on-site visits, and pursuing till the lead is taken to its logical end
3. Liaising with developers, channel partners, and customers to push sales
4. Undertaking such other tasks as assigned

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,25,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
