Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in ed-tech/fitness
Must be a good communicator and should be driven by sales/business development
Strong technical skills - you don't need to be a coder, but a strong understanding of platforms like Wix, WordPress, etc. is a big plus.
Financial skills. ability to handle invoices, the company's basic financials, etc.
Must have the know-how of CRM systems work
Team management skills
Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
Must be hard-working, enthusiastic candidates with a passion for wellness and business operations
Must have relevant job experience
B. Tech (engineer) candidates would be preferred
MCA candidates can be considered
Must have the know-how of WordPress/Wix works
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
