About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on identifying potential retail outlets in a given territory
2. Create awareness about iShopAtoZ in the given territory
3. Follow up and help retailers with app usage
4. Provide sales forecasts
5. Achieve given sales targets per month
6. Work towards the retention of clients in the given territory
7. Help run marketing programs locally to help retailers increase business
8. Prepare and present sales reports
9. Follow the KPI set and ensure that the KRA is met
10. Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
Skill(s) required
MS-Office MS-Word MS-PowerPoint MS-Excel Client Relationship
Who can apply

1. Graduates with 1-2 years of experience preferred

2. Freshers may apply too

3. Knowledge of the local language is a must

4. Experience in managing retailers on a day-to-day basis is desired

5. Prior work experience in electronics/mobile/office automation and a proven track record of robust sales achievement is an added advantage

6. Must have good sales and convincing skills

7. Should be an outgoing person who loves to solve problems and work sincerely and independently

8. Should be a hard-working individual and one who goes out of their way to find solutions and execute the task

9. Should be ready to take on challenging tasks and learn from the experience

Salary

CTC: 3 - 6 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
