About the job
We are currently looking for seasoned candidates who are self-starters, out-of-box thinkers, possess great mental stamina, and who are hungry for more and more. In short, they should be driven by passion in life and needless - be passionate about human resources.

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the complete recruitment cycle after identification of manpower requirements (internal recruitment only)
2. Managing induction and orientation
3. Managing the joining and exit formalities
4. Helping maintain social media accounts on the behalf of the company
5. Passively sourcing talent through LinkedIn
6. Working on payroll processing: preparing salary sheets of staff and payment of bonus
7. Maintaining various HR registers
8. Managing all administrative functions including maintenance of attendance records, leave records, and office management
9. Managing employee engagement activities

Who can apply

1. Those who are from Delhi and neighboring cities

2. Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources, especially in a generalist profile

3. Must have an MBA (HR) - preferred

4. Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook

5. Must have hands-on experience in newer methods of hiring like job aggregators

6. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Must be a good team player

8. Must be a self-starter, energetic & self-motivated

Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: 18,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
