About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Help and contribute to developing a brand marketing strategy to define future direction for the master brand
2. Work on designing, aligning, and planning marketing campaigns based on business objectives
3. Work on the overall ATL campaign planning (planning, budgeting, calendar finalization, and innovations)
4. Analyze market, competition, and consumer behavior to deliver insights and inputs into communication planning and development
5. Drive brand awareness considering the imagery and equity scores
6. Provide marketing support to the category, digital marketing, editorial, and CRM teams
7. Design and implement ATL campaigns in close co-ordination with creative, media & online agencies

Skill(s) required

Microsoft PowerApps MS-Excel MS-PowerPoint MS-Word

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn MS-Excel

Learn Digital Marketing

Learn Business Analytics

Other requirements

A marketing background would be preferred

We are looking for young and dynamic individuals to be based in Powai, Mumbai

Work experience (1+ years)

Experience in B2B marketing, vendor & database management

Experience in eCommerce will be preferred

Exposure to digital marketing/online funnel management will be a great plus

MBA/Master's degree is a must

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven influencing abilities

Willingness to learn, strong numerical and analytical aptitude

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
