Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Flutter and Dart projects by writing clean and concise code, addressing bugs, adding functionality, testing applications for the correctness
2. Work closely and participate in the design and implementation of our applications
3. Collaborate with a team to identify, investigate, and solve problems that have an impact on overall product performance
4. Determine priorities for new features in collaboration with the product owner
5. Develop high-quality code following best practices throughout the development lifecycle

Expertise in Flutter and Dart

Things we value - excellence, knowledge, work ethic, collaboration, and communication skills

Should have completed at least one full app in which you used Flutter

Familiarity with WebRTC

Familiarity with design systems

Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms

Strong understanding of Dart, its quirks, and workarounds

Good understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates

Proficient understanding of cross-platform compatibility

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Good understanding of UI rendering behavior and performance

Experience in programming in Android and iOS is a plus

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
