Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and maintain applications automation of operations for a fintech startup
2. Identify process and operation bottlenecks and provide automation hacks to improve the efficiency of applications
3. Support product engineering team in large clients integrations of developed utilities.
4. Coordinate with operations and testing teams to ensure developed utilities are functional and integrated

Should have worked on some good academic projects during academics or internships

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
