Key responsibilities:

1. Represent our brand to promote Formskart services
2. Work on planning & coordinating events at the national level
3. Handle the key accounts of university partners
4. Follow up on leads promptly to increase student engagement at Formskart
5. Work on new prospect generation and follow-up activities, including cold calling, setting appointments and meetings, presentations, and closure
6. Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner
7. Work on meeting program applications and enrollment targets
8. Guide prospective students on universities and programs in Formskart's key markets
9. Support students through the entire admission lifecycle from program selection to arrival on campus
10. Coordinate with various teams across the company to ensure positive customer experience and timely application decision
11. Update and maintain our customer database with all pipeline activity
12. Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize student outreach
