Key responsibilities:

1. Writing highly technical documents which include professional portfolios, resumes, CVs, social media profiles, biographies & other documents for clients
2. Extensively using MS Office to produce high-quality, professional-looking documents
3. Talking with customers and delivering assignments as per SLAs
4. Undertaking secondary research activities to come up with unique, innovative document formats and content strategies
5. Researching for relevant content for various profiles and content/industry jargon to use
6. Ensuring that each document meets prescribed quality standards and norms

Other requirements

Should have a decent hands-on in MS Word
