About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot system cases at level 1 support
2. Interact with customers to understand issues in accordance with EPAY's HCM platform and resolve the cases in a timely fashion, driving high customer satisfaction
3. Adjust customers' system setup according to new customer requirements or plan changes
4. Adhere to the SOPs and set protocols driving the department's matrices and maintain the contractual service level agreements for EPAY customers
5. Ensure excellent incident management skills while documenting all customers' transactions in our CRM application (Salesforce)
6. Identify and analyze specific workforce trends for our customers and suggests best practices from a compliance standpoint

Who can apply

1. 0-2 years technical/customer support in HRIS systems, including time and attendance

2. Prior experience handling the US, Canada, and UK based customers are good to have

3. Strong customer-facing skills, including verbal and written communication

4. Ability to work under pressure while resolving critical issues and communicating action plans to the customer as required

5. Bachelor of science or bachelor of arts degree from an accredited institution

Salary

CTC: 4 - 5 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
