0-2 years technical/customer support in HRIS systems, including time and attendance
Prior experience handling the US, Canada, and UK based customers are good to have
Strong customer-facing skills, including verbal and written communication
Ability to work under pressure while resolving critical issues and communicating action plans to the customer as required
Bachelor of science or bachelor of arts degree from an accredited institution
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
