We are looking out for experienced and self-driven telesales associates to join our sales team for Repairadda, which is a one-stop platform for all home services. The candidate should have good communication skills as well as good sales acumen. As a telesales representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls and resolving issues promptly and thoroughly.
Key responsibilities:
1. Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our service offerings
2. Communicate with the customers thoroughly and efficiently, gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
4. Know our products and services inside out so that you have thorough knowledge Coordinate with the sales team and vendors for requests
5. Take the extra mile to engage customers
Experience in customer support/telesales related to the home appliances industry/property maintenance services would be given preference
2-3 years of experience as telesales representative or sales/customer service role in BPOs serving clients for home appliances industries (Samsung/LG/Whirlpool/etc.)
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good working knowledge of Excel/Word/CRM softwares
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
