Trainer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop a schedule to assess training needs
2. Conduct employee surveys and interviews
3. Consult with other trainers, managers, and leaders
4. Track and compile collected data
5. Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
6. Communicate training needs and online resources
7. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
8. Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology
9. Test and review created materials
10. Maintain a database of all training materials
11. Instruct employee training and onboarding
12. Conduct training through new materials
13. Review employee performance and learning
14. Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
