About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with the consultants to know their comfortableness with the requirements before submitting to the vendor
2. Posting the resume on all job portals like Dice, Monster, and social networking portals, etc.
3. Submitting all the suitable job postings on all portals
4. Broadcasting the profile of the consultant and the holist of the company on a periodical basis
5. Tracking the submissions and making regular follow-ups
6. Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market
7. Intimating the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications
8. Informing the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end-client interview schedules
9. Preparing the consultants for the end client interviews
10. Ensuring prompt delivery of the consultants
11. Negotiating rates with the vendors/clients
12. Taking care of the consultants whether they are comfortable with the work environment

Other requirements

Should have 0-2 years of experience as a bench sales recruiter

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%

Additional information

The job will start with a probation period of 3 months. The salary will be Rs. 12000/Month during the training period.
