Key responsibilities:

1. Engage a customer with ease, finesse & patience
2. Understand the prevailing productivity, workflow, project management, and communication tools
3. Work on managing events & conferences for high-value executives who are addressing 1000s of stakeholders over an audio-video conference,
4. Listen, analyze, respond and resolve issues & problems reported by customers
5. Resolve technical or user issues on a real-time basis alongwith the video engineers
6. Apply your technical knowledge towards troubleshooting and problem-solving in a virtual workplace
7. Work with the internal teams & 3rd party providers to resolve problem tickets & issues & use a variety of internal & external applications
8. Conduct business with customers across the globe in a virtual and in-office
manner

Other requirements

Excellent English written, spoken & listening skills (multi-national customer

environment

A multi-tasker who thrives in a work-day & filled with tech-savviness (multiple apps, tools, office tools, the PC, etc.)

Advanced Excel & Google Sheets capability

Familiarity with IM, workflow, productivity, project management, CRM tools & applications, e.g. – Salesforce, WeChat, Zoom, Webex, Slack, Freshdesk, Kissflow, Cflow, G-suite, MS Teams, GTM, and Jabber

A work ethic filled with commitment, ownership, and a die-hard nature to succeed
