Our group of veteran health and wellbeing practitioners curates scientifically proven programs from a pool of thousands of years of established eastern and western health practices. About the job
We are hiring 5 people for a generalist business role from a few select top colleges in India (St. Stephens, SRCC, Hindu, St. Xaviers, Mumbai university, Ashoka University). We are on a mission to ensure greater mental health for everyone. We believe that the intersection of robust research and technology can deliver the outcomes which have been missing till now. We're starting by redesigning the mental health and wellness experiences for the modern-day working professional. This is an accelerated career pathway program for people with a maximum experience of 1 year. You will get close mentoring from an experienced team of serial entrepreneurs, management consultants, technology inventors, and top CXOs as advisors. After successful completion of 1 year, the incumbents will be promoted to AVP in revenue/partnerships/product/marketing/business.

Key responsibilities:

1. Month 1 - 2 - revenue, partnerships, and operations
2. Month 3 - 6 - product & technology
3. Month 7 - 9 - marketing & user retention
4. Month 10 - 12 - fundraising, investor relations, and finance
Skill(s) required
Who can apply

1. Non-engineering candidates only

2. Impeccable academic record in school and college

3. A history of excelling in extra-curricular activities

4. A maximum experience of 1 year

Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: 30,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 8 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 6.5 LPA

2. Variable pay: 1.5 LPA
