2D Animation Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Breaking down the script with the pre-production team to identify key scenes and plan them visually
2. Sequencing the scenes from a script into storyboard format using panels of images
3. Working from storyboard/animatic to create animation sequences as assigned by the director
4. Blocking movements in rough animation, refine and polish to completion in the final animation
5. Addressing required revisions and modifying shots as requested
6. Reading and interpreting scripts

Required:

1. Strong understanding of the principles of animation, lip-sync, and camera composition
2. Passion for learning and creating animations; if you don't love this work, don't apply and if this is not your long-term career option, then do not apply
3. Experience working with Adobe After Effects and other animation/VFX software
