2D Character Artist Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. As a 2D character artist intern, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the creation and development of original character designs for various projects. You will contribute by sketching and illustrating characters based on concept briefs, storylines, or art directions provided by the senior art team. This includes experimenting with different styles, poses, facial expressions, costumes, and character personalities to bring unique and engaging characters to life.
2. On a daily basis, you'll work closely with senior character artists, animators, and game or design teams to ensure your work fits within the overall creative vision and technical requirements of the project.
3. You may be tasked with developing clean line art, colored character sheets, expression charts, or turnarounds.
4. Additionally, you'll help prepare assets for animation or rigging by organizing files, separating layers, and following proper naming conventions.
5. You may also assist in creating character-related promotional visuals or illustrations for marketing or social media use.
6. Throughout the internship, you are expected to participate in regular feedback sessions, apply revisions based on critique, and take the initiative in refining your skills.
7. You should be open to learning new techniques, tools, and workflows while managing your tasks with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
