1. Working with the executive director and construction coordinator to develop a process to use to
help the Client in the selection of their exterior & interior colors, finishes, countertops, floor coverings, blinds, and other items to be determined
2. Managing design projects from their conception to completion
3. Defining project requirements and schedule during the brief
4. Interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans
5. Learning how to communicate with interested volunteers about what we do via phone and email
6. Working with staff to develop a list of suppliers who work with set makers
7. Building a clear and concise timeline and schedule for delivering the work on time
