About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Counsel prospective students about the law fellowship program
2. Develop an in-depth understanding of the program and its benefits
3. Maintain call records and follow-up systematically through telephone calls
4. Maintain a database and work off a target list, a certain minimum every day
5. Create and share reports with the lead nurturing supervisor
6. Develop insights about the types of leads and recommend unique ways of engaging with them
7. Study various avenues and forums where prospective students congregate
8. Handle any other admissions and outreach task assigned by supervisor

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication and counseling skills and who can:

1. Easily align with the small close-knit team across functions like marketing, admissions & outreach
2. Rigorously follow-up on all activities and exhibit attention to detail
3. Deal with a dynamic team and a fast-paced start-up environment, and hence, would need to adapt and learn quickly
4. Exhibit persistence and persuasion to get things done

Preferred skills:

1. Candidates who have an interest in technology
2. Preference given to law graduates
3. Familiarity with the latest advancements in the tech space would be an added advantage
4. Macro knowledge of the business and regulatory environment
