Academic Counselling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing educational guidance and assistance for students by planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students
2. Taking responsibility for actions and decisions that affect academic progress
3. Maintaining student files and records, document all pertinent student information updates computerized information system regarding changes to student status
4. Assisting students with admission and registration/provides guidance in course selection in keeping with the student's interests, values, and abilities
