Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Academic Counselor to oversee student academic support, drive enrollment growth, manage daily operations, and contribute to business development. This role combines academic advising with strategic initiatives to enhance student retention and attract new enrollments. The ideal candidate will lead a team, develop partnerships, and ensure a high-quality educational environment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Academic Counseling & Student Support:
Provide personalized academic guidance, helping students set and achieve educational goals.
Monitor student progress, implement intervention strategies, and address academic concerns.
Develop individualized academic plans and resources to enhance student success.

2. Business Development & Enrollment Growth:
Design and execute strategies to attract new students through community outreach, partnerships with schools, and corporate collaborations.
Work with marketing teams to promote programs via campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for program expansion.

3. Centre Operations Management:
Oversee daily academic operations, ensuring efficient scheduling of classes and counseling sessions.
Lead a team of counselors and support staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and resource-rich environment for students and staff.

4. Student Relationship & Retention:
Build strong relationships with students and families, conducting regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
Implement retention initiatives, such as workshops, mentorship programs, and alumni engagement.
Resolve student issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

5. Administrative Duties:
Manage student records, attendance, and progress reports with meticulous attention to detail.
Coordinate academic calendars, counseling schedules, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation standards.

Working Hours:
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week (1 day off on a rotational basis).

Requirements:
Proven experience in academic counseling, business development, and operations management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis to track enrollment trends and measure program success.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in education.
