About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing and developing user assistance materials (documentation) for new as well as existing product functionalities
2. Drafting, reviewing proofreading and writing flawless reports
3. Creating and maintaining documentation development plans and schedules
4. Conducting wide-ranging secondary literature and synthesizing information to elicit key insights for use in short white papers
5. Evaluating, analyzing, & structuring the information for use in various research deliverables
