You will be working on the development of existing and new study material as per exam curriculum and conducting subject classes for verbal ability/quantitative aptitude/logical reasoning/general awareness with a strong emphasis on delivery of learning objectives and motivation of students to excel in the top entrance exam for various products of Pratham.
1. Work on the development of new modules or new products for various sessions
2. Conduct regular sessions in schools, education tie-ups, and other forums addressing large gatherings of students and/or parents
3. Provide information like 'career options after class 12th' while effectively pitching the brand Pratham
4. Research and develop learning objectives and study material for undergraduate entrances
5. Analyze trends and patterns of previous year exam papers and ensure all training modules such as in-class assignments, practice papers, and full-length mock papers are in line with the ever-evolving entrance examination patterns and structures
6. Interact regularly with other internal team members and external faculty members to ensure consistency in imparting the curriculum
IIFM - Pratham Education is the second largest brand that provides entrance coaching for BMS, BBA, law, HM (hotel management), mass communication, BCA, etc. Over the last few years, we have interacted with over 8,00,000 plus students and realized one thing that awareness in terms of career/course options available is very minuscule. Rather, a lot of students take their decisions based on myths that are prevalent in society today. With our regular interaction programs at schools, tuition centers, and Pratham centers, we have been able to spread awareness amongst students and parents about different career choices available after class XII. The last year itself, we held our 'career competency workshop' in more than 600 plus elite Delhi-NCR schools and held discussion forums around various career options available to the students of today.
