5. Coordinate with payment partners to resolve payment issues raised by users
6. Smartly manage priorities to ensure that all projects are on track and users informed of next steps in a timely manner
7. Collaborate with other parts of the company, particularly marketing and technology to stay updated on changes to systems, processes, and communications
