About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
2. Develop a deep understanding of the client's business goals, target audience, and content requirements
3. Collaborate with clients to identify their needs, formulate strategies, and propose solutions that align with their objectives
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and digital marketing teams, to execute projects effectively
5. Provide clients with regular updates and progress reports, ensuring transparency and proactive communication
6. Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon scope
7. Anticipate and address client concerns or issues promptly, providing proactive solutions and exceptional service
8. Identify account growth and up-selling opportunities, working closely with the business development team
9. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and explore new opportunities
10. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
11. Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with the legal and finance departments
