About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build trust with restaurant partners through your communication
2. Use strong, grammatically correct English language skills along with strong analytical skills to help analyze issues and find solutions
3. Solve problems: not all restaurant issues are straightforward; putting the client first and finding the right solutions no matter how challenging the situation, this involves a great amount of research to ensure that we deliver the effective kind of support
4. Process the complaints: you know how to balance freedom of expression and process compliance making it easy for restaurant partners to feel Uber love while making it easy to analyze ways to scale support
5. Work comfortably with ambiguity: enjoy the high pace of work and an environment where all answers are not readily available but will need you to be a part of finding answers
