Accounting Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment follow-up
2. Assist with month-end close procedures, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
3. Help with bank reconciliations and record-keeping
4. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, as well as other financial analysis
5. Participate in inventory management, including record-keeping, reconciliations, and physical inventory counts
6. Work with other departments to gather financial information and assist with budgeting and forecasting
7. Assist with sales tax compliance and filing
8. Provide administrative support as needed, such as filing and answering phone calls

Requirements:

1. Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
3. Availability to work full-time during regular business hours
4. Interest in the corporate gifting industry is a plus
