1. Provide assistance in company/OPC/LLP and partnership formation
2. Handle secretarial compliances - filling/filing of various MCA forms for notifying activities to MCA, annual returns, KYC compliances, etc.
3. Provide assistance on assignments like shares issuance, rights issue, legal matters, wills, deeds, etc.
4. Work on taxation and accounting work to keep the books of accounts updated
5. Handle IT returns, GST registration, and GST returns
