Accounts Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating an invoice, following up regularly for payment receivables and updating in the books
2. Calculating/deducting TDS and working with the auditor for monthly filing
3. Working closely with the auditor in GST filing
4. Co-coordinating with the sales team to raise the invoice
5. Coordinating with the auditor on the general account
6. Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
7. Doing payable and receivables reconciliation
8. Assisting with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
9. Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when needed
