About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
2. Handling the day-to-day accounting, banking entries in tally ERP 9
3. Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results
4. Ensuring proper cost center accounting for all transactions and ensure project-level tracking of cost and revenue
5. Taking care of compliance such as TDS, GST, and income tax filings
6. Managing client & vendor communication for billing, collection, and payments
7. Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status
8. Working on the monthly mix co-ordination and reporting

Added requirements

1. Should have knowledge of basic all accounting & logistic procedures

2. Well versed with export procedures and export documentation

3. Well versed with budgeting and cash flow management

4. Knowledge of Tally is mandatory

5. Responsible for all statutory compliances for GST and TDS

6. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and finance software

7. Excellent communication skills
